 Avec Joe Biden, le climat redevient un enjeu de taille pour les Etats-Unis

Pour son grand retour en scène sur la scène internationale, lors d’un sommet virtuel sur le climat où quarante pays sont invités jeudi 22 et vendredi 23 avril, le nouveau président américain devrait annoncer un objectif de 50 % de réduction des émissions de gaz à effet de serre d’ici à 2030 par rapport à 2005. Ambitieux, mais jouable.
