 Avec Biden, le climat redevient un enjeu de taille pour les Etats-Unis

Pour son grand retour sur la scène internationale, ces 22 et 23 avril lors d’un « sommet climat » virtuel où 40 pays sont invités, Joe Biden devrait annoncer un objectif de 50 % de réduction des émissions américaines de gaz à effet de serre d’ici à la fin de la décennie. Ambitieux, mais jouable.
