 Confiner ou destocker ? Le dilemme des déchets entreposés à Stocamine, « poubelle toxique de l’Alsace »

Près de 42 000 tonnes de déchets dangereux sont stockées sous terre à Wittelsheim, dans le Haut-Rhin. Les opposants au projet craignent une contamination de la nappe phréatique d’Alsace et dénoncent la décision des gouvernements successifs d’avoir préféré le confinement au déstockage.
